Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged / Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos). We will replace or refund immediately.

Refund Request Time Frame

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Any complaints after this period will not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Change of mind after order placement.

  • Late complaint beyond the 48-hour window.

  • Size issues (Please refer to the size chart before ordering).

Returns

  • You may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items such as sale/discounted products, undergarments, or customized orders may not be eligible for return.
